The maximum number of CPU cores for R960 is 60, supporting 64 DDR5 DIMMs (a total of 16 TB of memory) to run large in-memory databases without slow I/O database access. By supporting up to 24 NVMe drives, DDR5 DIMMs, 12 PCIe 5.0 slots, LOM, and industry-standard OCP for I/O expansion, it expands business requirements and enables customers to flexibly connect to the network. It supports fast 1:1 CPU-I/O communication through a PCIe Gen5 adapter.
